Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    The red light no longer appears on my SKT TV link, would appreciate suggestions on where to start looking for a solution?

    Welcome
    1. First check all connections for loose /poorly wired connections.
    2. Then get a short piece of cable and connect it directly to the RF2 output on your box and then to the magic eye to rule out a cable problem in your distribution.
    3. If it still does not work you can try the power settings for the RF outlet in the Installation Menu.It is unlikely these have changed if your system worked previously.To check this
      Services
      System Setup
      01 Select
      RF Outlets
      RF Power Supply
    Warning Please Do Not Modify Any Other Settings Within This Menu

    Let us know how you get on.

    Actually sky's latest software upgrade re set the power to off , guess they did not beta test.
