Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

McGraths Gold Blend from Aldi is a step above. Quite frankly the idea of Barry's or Lyons is like dressing in a bin liner when I could be wearing silk.

Does anyone else have withdrawal symptoms when they can't go cycling?!

I cycled 25km on Monday & again on Tuesday; Wednesday I hit the gym and pool; and today was a 40km cycle this afternoon.

My legs are now starting to ache and tis just a glorious evening for a spin but I know I gotta take it handy now for the evening.

The roads are definitely picking up in terms of cyclists making the most of the grand n dry stretch in the evenings though, thankfully!

    Safe Peddling out there folks!

    /Oh it's Lyons Tea for me :)

Remember rest periods are as important as the exercise. I switch to some upper body, or start drinking in which case i dont give a sh*t about any of it.

Would make a nice T-shirt print. Doubt I'd hang it on the wall. Or maybe you're supposed to do one yourself and glue all the bits to the wall. Art eh? It's a world of mystery to me.

Idiotic article in The Guardian about the Scottish strict liability proposals. Worth reading for the rebuttal by bitthick in the comments, particularly the parting shot.

My two favourite quotes from bitthick, the first serious and very important:
If there's one place in Britain where cycling is used by people who can't afford cars ot public transport, it's Glasgow. You wouldn't see those, would you, Kevin, because you live in a wee bubble between the suburbs and the city centre.
    the second, quite hilariously:
You thought up this clickbait story with your arse firmly on an office chair and your head somewhere up it.
