Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    it's always the parents' fault.

whomever shat out the little cúnt that did this should be as ashamed of themselves as the culprit really.

So if a dog attacks a child and has to be put down should the dogs parents be destroyed also?

I'm sure any parent would be ashamed but to say they should be punished for crimes their children commit is stupid and unfair.
Would you say the same thing if it was a parent who committed the crime, should their children be punished?

disgusting they should get jail and a criminal record anybody who can do that to a dog can easily to that to a human - no remorse either

Maybe the man was trying to burgle the house and the dog attacked him?

Did you not read the article?

To say that was an awful thing to do to any creature is an under statement but if the owner "loved the dog with every fibre of his being" why was poor Rex locked in a shed rather than in the house safe with his family

Lots of people believe dogs are outside animals.

That's a load of crap. You really can't blame the parents for their children's behaviour in lots of cases. Children are separate people with their own thought processes and responsibility for their own behaviour. All a parent can do is their best.
