Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I cannot retrieve email from my Eircom account.

I keep getting asked for my username and password.

    They are both *definitely* correct.

This is the second time this has happened to me in the last week. The last time Eircom BB Help sorted it by simply deleting the old email account and inputting the settings again. I have tried this now but to no avail.

    The error message is 0x800CCC92.

Any idea how to cure this?

    Thanks.

    D.

had the same problem with an eircom email address just over an hour ago. Id say that one of their servers is after going down or being reset.
A different email eircom email address worked however so it must be a certain amount of email addresses must be affected.

When you login through webmail at home.eircom.net/email, do you get the new interface? If so, change your settings in Outlook. Make sure incoming mail server is webmail.eircom.net instead of mail1.eircom.net.

    Thanks for the replies.

Was away for three days. Just back and mail downloading perfectly.

Must have been an Eircom problem.
