As per the other threads,,we want gems that have'nt being played to death so no Nirvana or Pearl Jam deadly as they are.(anything with less than 1/2million would be grand!)

seriously underrated welsh band (not helped by their zany name) - they had more top-40 "near misses" than any other band

Cheers posters above some quality tunes there..pavement of course the indie kings of the 90's imo..Gold sounds is the pick of crooked lane but my absolute fav by them would be Shady Lane.

Honey is Cool had some great stuff. Early Morning Are You Working is a great album (although I've found it impossible to find a physical copy of it anywhere)

I wouldn't mind Cocteau Twins reforming at all. They're the type of artists that would just pick up where they left off and make more great music as opposed to just playing high-profile live shows for the money.

Going from Ride to Beady Eye is seriously depressing alright. He's a good enough guitarist but he's wasting his talent in that band.
