Just a heads up to keep everyone up to date.

Roger is dropping out of Thursday so DXL will be offered a first 12 place. Tom will be dropping out soon too so Roar or Neil can go into the first 12. I'm out for at least 3 more weeks but hope to be back then. John A is dropping out of the Tuesday so we'll need new recruits for that night.

Tonight was a bit of mess because the lads had only one soft ball and no pump. I'm not going to be around for 3 weeks at least with this injury and I think it's in the interests of the games that they should run themselves individually. The three sets of bibs is working well and spreads the responsibility out a little.

With the above in mind I think it's wise if we have three sets of footballs, three net bags for the balls, three pumps with needles and three waterproof money/keys pouches and three people in charge of bringing the footballs/collecting cash and getting a volunteer to take the bibs.

I just sent off for the waterproof pouches - they came in pairs so I bought 4 (€12).

Monday
I'm going to suggest Ger collects money and brings footballs on Mondays with Mark as back-up.

Tuesday
Klaus/Mark has agreed to collect money and bring footballs on Tuesdays with James or Andrew as back-up (if they don't mind).

Thursday
I'd suggest Gareth collects money and brings footballs on Thursdays with Mark as back-up.
