Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Question about refund/cancelled BOI Laser card

    Basically I bought theatre tickets online last month with my BOI Laser. Subsequently I lost my card and had it replaced with a new one. The theatre has had to cancel the play and emailed me to say they are refunding the money. However, they are obviously going to send the money to the card which was cancelled. Will this still reach my account or should I give them my new number? Thanks

    The payment should still reach the account with little problem. Any payments into the cancelled card will be directed into your account. Had same problem a while back but it was a credit card but afaik its same with the laser.
