Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Easy enough to do alright if you have the right tools.

The trick is getting the old one out with breaking any of the plastics..

Try this UK based crowd. They are closer to home, bought a screen from them recently for the EEEPC. can't complain. http://stores.ebay.co.uk/lcds4u

    "dont quote me on this",

sometimes you can claim for laptop damage under your house insurance! laptops can be tricky to prise apart if you need to get to a certain area of the motherboard in order to plug the main wiring loom.
