He did, but playing for more tourney credit was less pain than playing holdem cash tbh.

I suck at sats btw. Poker in general, buts sats in particular.

Is the scalps game in the fitz on as usual tonight? How many runners do you reckon?

  • Registered Users Posts: 19,695 ✭✭✭✭Ace2007

it could be worse Dom... At least you can get to the final table when there only 15 players.... unlike some people:rolleyes:

as for scaples - usually get a good run out - 8 tables last time i play it...

    Playing tomorrow night (Saturday)
Torn between €120 freezeout fitz. and €200 freezeout S.E. festival.

Does anyone know what kind of numbers Fitz get on a Saturday and does it really start at 7pm?

Anyone have any idea how many the SE will get?

Fitz cash league final is on tomorrow so that will prob affect numbers somewhat. Usually 25-35 for this but might be less tomorrow i'd say.

I think Dom was the bubble and Des got 6th and they immediately did a 5 way chop for 1k each as soon as he left and played for remaining money/ticket. :D:D Des was just sorry he missed out on a chance to do a deal!!

    they have no shame.
i, on the other hand, never do deals.

Does anyone know of a good pub game in town? None of my mates play seriously so I'd like a place I could bring them so we could get drunk/ have a small game before heading to a club.

I will turn up for the scalps if you promise to get slowrolled again

edited to ask what's in the Aquarium tonight and is the turnout likely to be desultory (think this part of the question may be rhetorical but ya never know)?

Bah humbug! Of course, I win enough sats that I can sell a few tickets cheap now and again...throw the dog a bone as it were! :)

Glyn, the SE had 4 full-ish tables for the €50 DC last night (their most popular game) and I was led to believe that many of the regs there desert the place on Fridays to play in Silks and the Fitz. I'd say they'll have two good cash games going later tonight though.

If I play tonight I'm 50 / 50 split between the Fitz and Silks, even though I don't know what is scheduled in the latter!

100 Freezeout in Silks Paul, good tournament, ends up with players asking for levels to be skipped. 10 way chops common aswell.
