December Meetup - Saturday 13th JW Sweetmans

    So a few people have messaged me and asked if there's going to be a December meetup. I thought people might be major busy with national shopping month, Christmas parties and 12 pubs etc. going on. But I'd thought I'd give people at least the chance to throw around some dates or ideas and if there's enough I'm sure something could be thrown together.

    Otherwise could go for an early January one, post New Year's blues :pac:

    If we're looking at the Saturday again, potenial dates are the 6th, 13th and 20th.

    Fire away!

    Im busy for December really but will definitely try and make a January one.

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me?     Think it was just an option but yeah it's a little close for comfort.

    I can't make the 13th (family and friend ocassion) which seems to be the winner, so if someone wants to take the reigns and organise it (and do a less than adequate job compared to me :P) then feel free to offer up your name!

    I *might* show up to this meetup. I am hugely socially awkward at the best of the times (and particularly so on boards 'cause of previous accounts) but I'm living in Dublin and need to make more of an effort to socialise. I can't do the 20th but the 6th or 13th might work for me. :)

    I've said earlier in the thread I can't make the 13th and asked someone to offer themselves up. Literally just print off a little note and be the first one there with the pints is all it takes.

    Anyway will see some of you all over Christmas out and about or for an early January meetup! :pac:

    I've always seen these put up and really wanted to go but I've to travel a bit, do they generally turn into a proper session or is it a few drinks type deal? Go big or go home... :-P

    It's really nice to see the meet ups are still happening. Sure I have said it a few times already but these really were a safe turning point for me to get out and accept being gay. Do give it a thought. Unfortunately, I can't make this one as I'm still living in France and won't be back in Dublin until the 21st. Have a good one though. ;)
