Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

where to buy steel tubing for project

    Anybody know where I can but steel or galvanised steel tubing (5-7mm diameter)? Its for a little hobby/project of mine.

    Leslie Reynolds Steel Stockholders in Balycoolin Business Park.

    Heiton Buckley Steel Merchants on Nass Road....just after Luas stop.

    Blue Steel out at Kilshane Cross....beside TJ O'Mahony Builders Providers.

    Amari Ireland out in Fonthill Business Park.....opposite Liffey Valley Shopping Centre.

    B&Q do a small selection of brass and aluminium tubing.

    While your on your hunt let me know if you come across any half oval or half round stainless steel or brass 1/2 inch by 32 foot :)

    Something in the region of 9.5 million I believe.


    I was out there only a few months ago,and they had a full warehouse full of all sorts of SS tubing,pipe bends and springs.

    They moved from East Wall out to a huge new warehouse in Balycoolin.

    the op is seeking Galv pipe, you'll get that at any decent plumbers merchant.

    radionics.ie if you get stuck. Pipes cheap but fittings are a rip off.
