Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Don't care what anyone thinks of me in work.. I barely try hold a conversation with some people. Outside work, I wouldn't mind people not liking me but bitching about me would annoy me.

If people don't like me, that's their decision and opinion ... I couldn't care less. I know who I am, as does anyone who matters to me.

I think, people should have to have a valid reason for disliking each other. If someone's being nasty and giving you grief when you haven't done anything to warrant that sort of behaviour, it becomes petty and pathetic.

I dont give a **** what anyone thinks of me because I think 99% of people are complete idiots anyway.

Just as long as I am acknowledged as:

1. Being excellant at my job;
2. being fair and reasonable;
3. Fantastic in the sack;
4. Not somebody to be ****ed with.

Then I am content and not in the least bit bothered about whether I am liked or not as long as the belief is reasonably held by that person..:)...that type of school yard **** is for insecure teenagers.

Deep down I enjoy winding people up...

Some people can find something simple or trivial to dislike about somebody then build it up and feed off it

It's more important to like yourself then to be hung up or worried about being liked by others .

That's one good thing about getting older , you care less and less about who does or doesn't .
