Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Been using it since Dp1. Easily the most stable over the last few years.

This is my first time running beta software for OS X, so I'm probably being a bit harsh! iOS 8 on the other hand has apparently had some of the most unstable beta versions in a few years I heard.

Yeah, haven't heard much in the way of anyone using iOS 8 in beta really, then again anything would pale to the madness around 7 last year.

I tried iOS 8 beta 1 and it was actually worse than iOS 7 beta 1...

Ios8 was pretty rough initially but it's stable enough to use daily now

After just getting my rMBP now, and already I can't wait for Yosemite. It feels like using iOS6 after you're used to iOS7.

There were no features in iOS 8 that made me run out to get the beta. I can wait for release. That said, I'm glad I installed Yosemite on my new rMBP. It's much nicer looking that the previous OS, though I did only spend about 2 hours using it.

On the new public beta. It's pretty good I have to say. In fact, I've been using it as my primary install all day and nothing has happened to suggest I'm running a beta. S'pretty smooth.*

I'm wondering if I should switch over to the beta. How's the battery life fairing? I'd imagine it's not as optimised as mavericks.

It's not great. Not hugely worse than Mavericks, but noticeable.

Whoops, Parallels 9 won't open at all now.

Beta 2 seems to have improved things. Some nice little changes as well.
