Rehearsal/Practice Room Galway

Anyone know of anywhere in Galway city that would be suitable for a pianist/singer to rehearse?It seems like all the rehearsal spaces are geared towards bands and are really beyond what I need and therefore way out of my budget.

I just need a room that can fit a digital piano and where I can make a bit of noise...I'm looking for somewhere a bit more long term as well.

There are two places in the Ballybane Industrial Est. Other than that there is a place called the forge not too far from the city centre but if you're looking to use some of their gear just a warning that its fairly run down. The first link is prob the best rehearsal space for both size and quality of equipment.

As its just me and a piano the rehearsal studios are only offering facilities that are way beyond my needs!!

Any suggestions for any alternative spaces/offices that would be suitable? I'm new to Galway so finding it tough!
