airlock in system.

Mums house is unoccupied at moment and toilet and cold tap in bathroom do not work. Someone mentioned that it may be an airlock , how do I free it anyone ?

Are you sure the water is not turned off at the stopcack? It is recommended to turn off water when house is unoccupied.
