Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi
What's the best way to do pancakes so that you have them for a few days’ breakfasts.
Do ye just keep the batter sealed in the fridge or do ye make the pancakes and then freeze them for later maybe.

Just wanted to get an idea about the options.
    Thanks.

handiest would be to freeze them, works better with thicker American style pancakes than European style. Just make sure to put a layer of greaseproof or baking paper between each one before freezing.

Well, they take about 30 seconds to mix up. So I do it while the pan's heating.

I cook thick ones and put them in an airtight container in the fridge. I put them in the toaster to reheat.
