Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How come the two brothers shopped their sisters??? Were they trying to plea bargain their own way out of prison?

They actually wanted to shop the mother cos they despised her for going out with a black man.
    Thats the rumour anyway.
Linda had an awful life at the hands of a partner. Beat her and kids black and blue on a regular basis

RTE really know how to draw a crowd on a bank holliday!

Well Linda is the only one I feel any sympathy for...

The mother and Charlotte seem like complete sociopaths.. Farrah Noor came here primarily for the dole.. He was pure scum, and deserved the end he got...

Strange that the father killed himself.. seems that guilt may have caught up with him..

They are all twisted nut jobs that should be locked up for life.

I think its true to say, if they hadn't have chopped up the body, they would have got a far more lenient sentence.
It was sad to see them, in a sort of protrayal, as little girls who would grow into 'monsters'.
Its also true to say they had a horrible upbringing.
Having said that they deserve to be locked up for as long as the law will allow.

Shocking narrative of drink/drug abuse and violent relationships but its graphic detail might have a positive educational effect

The perfect way to wind down after the long weekend.....

I couldn't understand while only one of the sisters got life in prison for murder while the other got 15 years for manslaughter. Surely the 2 of them should have gotten the same sentence - if they did it in USA they would have. IMO, the 2 of them don't deserve to see the light of day again. I'm not saying Noor was a saint (its blatently obvious he was beating the living sh1te out of the mother) but the savagry that the mulhalls used can never be condoned IMO.

Another chilling, and bizarre, fact that was brought up was the fact the one of the sisters went into a shop and bought a a breakfast roll and eat it while the head of Noor was in her handbag. She must have a strong stomach.

The programme also hinted that the father had something to do with it - is this true, or is it idle speculation.
