Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Sorry to have to say this, but it's a dump of a place off-season.

    I stayed there last year in January. The whole place (apart from leisure centre) was practically being run by 1 person. 1 person checked me in, pulled my pint and brought me my food.

    The bar was fine, but empty (not a fault of the hotel fair enough).

    The food was terrible.

    The leisure centre is a bit mank tbh, reminded me more of a public swimming pool atmosphere.

    Hopefully the place is nicer during the summer during their peak season

    We stayed there in July of this year - 8 of us for a whole week- and found the place to be clean, the staff happy & friendly, and the food to be reasonable in taste and price.

    Just wanted to put another opinion here.

    Fair enough, like I said it was off-season. I read a review which backed up what I said above about staying at off-peak times, but plenty of other happy reviews.

    Like I said, I put it down to the time of year
