    As long as the inmates want to donate their organs I dont see anything wrong with it. Its not like their spirit will posses the recipitent and go on a killing spree, and if it does happen thats why we have exorcists.

    What the recipitents dont know cant hurt them, but I guess they would need to know for religous reasons and the likes.
