    ‘A Mission To Prey' has turned out to be a rather expensive programme.

    Ed Mulhall has retired so can't be "resigned" and other changes are being made to the whole of RTEs current affairs set up including new training standards, no mention of the actual reporters involved presumably they will gwt the chop when the BAI report is released

    I never watched PT all that much, but some of the investigations were good, obviously not the one that was a mistake. Hopefully the replacement won't be toothless - we don't need a broadcaster running scared.

    Primetime broke some huge stories down through the years so hopefully it will be back in some guise
