So I have a pack of this lovely stuff. Was going to eat it tonight but it went out of date on the 11th of May. Use By, Not Best Before.

I'm leaning towards using it in a stir-fry, it'll probably be grand. Or am I wrong? What would you do?

If it was me, I'd go ahead and use it! Only a few days by the date anyway so no harm
