Hi,

I am considering buying my first home and am looking at the Moylaragh area of Balbriggan. I am currently renting in Swords, but being on the Dart line should be more convenient for work in town.

My question is, what is the area like to live in? The prices of the houses seem to be very low given the quality and location, and there are quiet a few for sale in the area. Is there something wrong with the area that appears to be causing a mass exodus?
