We just confirmed that 4th degree Relson Gracie Black Belt Phil Migliarese will be back in Ireland the 1st week in April

Seminar will be Tuesday 3rd and Thursday 5th April 7.30-10pm

Just to confirm.... Phil's seminar is over 2 nights, the price is 80 euro.

We might add a per night price closer to the time for those who can only make one.
