The OP asked for some advice?
He was given it, this is supposed to be a friendly forum where posters ask to get answers, and were trying our best for him.

Anyone and evryone has to start somewhere, No isntaller starts out knowing everything, we all have to learn somewhere and be helped by others.

Maybe being a sparky dont suit him, who are we to to criticise anyone on their life and what they work at past or present.

Every new installer makes mistakes? how can they learn otherwise in an unregulated trade?( at least he's trying to go the right way about it).

Some installers on this forum think their the be all and end all of everything. (not them all). and they have all made mistakes when learning too
Let him without sin cast the first 1

Id say good luck to him and all the best.

Thanks premier for your support,as for you moses,i had difficulty in the past with electrical due to some problems, well guess what i have gone back and done my phase 4 and 6.And im gladly qualified now and want to progress and do some other courses, all i asked was to get some feedback about the satellite-aerial course and not getting your smart comment about my past.Thank god there is some decent people on here that can give you a straight honest answer not like other people who like to make fun of peoples potential.

well lads, just to let ye know, i done that course a couple of months ago, the instructors were excellent & really knew their stuff, compared to the course i did with chevron training which was a disgrace & double the price. any questions just ask, no problem, by the way the whole course was in carlow for the 5 days for me anyway.
