Default IP samsung pbx?

    Does anyone know what the default IP of samsumg 7100 office serv pbx? I was logged in changed the IP and could not get back in.So I reset and then discovered the IP address info is not available..Ive searched the web and I cannot find anything.
    Any ideas even guess's welcome.

    Sounds like an automatic IP... Did you have a DHCP server on the network it was plugged into?
