19-02-2011 6:33pm#1As taught by the Russian Minister of Sport back in the early 80s (which sounds funny till you remember that these guys basicly spent their entire lives devoted to training their shooting teams to beat the US teams in the Olympics as part of the cold war):

But there are annotations to give a translation. It's actually a pretty excellent introduction to how to shoot pistol in about ten minutes.
