Receivership and gift vouchers?

Hi, The folks have a couple of hundred euro worth of vouchers for the Heritage in Killenard, which went into receivership last week. Does anyone know if they are still obliged to honour gift vouchers? Or are the receivers effectively new owners who can refuse the vouchers as they never received any money for them? We're…

Hi,
The folks have a couple of hundred euro worth of vouchers for the Heritage in Killenard, which went into receivership last week. Does anyone know if they are still obliged to honour gift vouchers? Or are the receivers effectively new owners who can refuse the vouchers as they never received any money for them?
We're reluctant to call and ask in case we tip them off about something they hadn't considered yet.

as far as I am aware they should still honour them .. but I would advise to use them as soon as possible.
