If you have received a message from cloud[at] regarding a password reset at, this is a valid e-mail.

We recently consolidated our regional sites, etc., and some old albums/blogs, into a temporary home at These regional sites have been offline since the attack in January, but as a precaution, when this was brought back online, we reset all passwords of active accounts in case they were the same as passwords used on

Unfortunately the password reset message was less than explanatory, although there was another message sent beforehand which explained the consolidation and mentioned the forthcoming password reset.

This password reset only applies to old accounts from the sites and does not affect your account.

I apologise if you thought this was a phishing message and I have clarified that by email to those who were concerned. There is a thread in the Feedback forum where you can discuss this issue.
