    Consultation

    Response Summary

    http://www.comreg.ie/_fileupload/publications/ComReg0976.pdf

    Couple of observations .

    1. eircom deliberately blocked off large portions of the west coast where they claim to use this band. They do not use it in most of these areas at all.

    2. Comreg checked nothing. They accepted the band was blocked off on the west coast and in Dublin .

    3. Most Oireachtas TV is watched on the internet flash player , the allocation in Dublin is utterly futile .

It would be wise for Comreg to validate facts "On The Ground" before they proceed with any further consultations on this band .

It would be most unwise for Comreg not to validate that this band is in use as claimed. It would be particularly unwise not to check Dublin but the Galway and Kerry usage blocks are tosh as well .

I also gotta say that Alex has upped the quality of writing in Comreg , well done Alex :D
