    Hi

Has anybody any experience with a German bike mail order company called www.fahrrad-Ass.de
They built decent specd MTB and the odd road bike. They have a full XTR mtb for around 1500euros (10.4 kg) which is extremely good value considering cost of full xtr(1000+ euros).
They also sell on a certain bay. Think the site is serving Germany/Holland only.
I,m looking at full XT mtb(hubs aswell!) with Rock shoc REBA SL fork for 900,(11.4kg)
If anybody has dealt with them I would appreciate your opinion on their bikes or service.

    Thanks
    Regards
    Blog.

serious spec for that money. a kona/spesh/giant with that sort of spec will set u back >1500 for sure.

i haven't dealt with those guys, but i have got a german bike (Cube) and even though they are mainstream, they are known for quality, high specced bikes at great prices. actually i've got two - a road bike and an mtb. same goes for canyon.

so i wouldn't have any prob buying a german brand. and at the end of the day its the components you are paying for and XT/X9, Reba fork are well up to the mark. Juicy 3 brakes are a bit average tho.

go for it, and let us know how u get on!!!

Yeah, some seriously old german stock photography there - is that Handel (the composer) on the city bike?

Possibly, it also looks like a handlebar tash is mandatory, I'd get that growing before ordering anything blog ;)

Shhh the Germans will hear us..Thats what they look like. I have to work there a few weeks every year. Facial hair. Its not so much an option, more of a right to have some, handlebars with twist up bar ends , a pair pork-chop side,s or a mullet. The choice is yours. Cant forget the blue jeans and shirt , with leather waistcoat your all set ..

Its like david hasselhoff , Hes very big in Germany, Music albums the lot,And he,s not so hot elsewhere(Except for floor burgers). Is my bike a mullet? Should it be left in Germany,I hope not.:)
