Poker Run for charity - Sunday 13th May

    On Sunday 13th May 2007 at 11am you can take part in the FC07 Poker Run organised in aid of THE GARY KELLY CANCER SUPPORT CENTRE.

    We will have prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd highest hands there will be only one winner per placing as card will be drawn to decide any draw. Registration Fee €10 per bike.

    We will also be selling Raffle Tickets at €2 each or 5 for €8, between now and 2.45pm on Sunday 13th May.
    We will be leaving The Deadmans Inn (Lucan/M4) between 11am and 12noon as you complete registration you will receive a map of the first leg, your Poker card sheet and a Ducati Pen for the first 100 participants.

    The Spot Prizes for the Raffle have been supplied by
    Ducati Dublin, Nanger Road, Dublin 12 (Fleeces and T-Shirts)
    Hein Gericke, Belfast Road, Newry (AGV Helmet Bag-attaches to bagster tank cover)
    Crossans, Mayobridge, Newry (Arai event folding seat, with pockets and shoulder strap)

    We look forward to meeting you and your mates at this event for bikers.

    We hope to have your support for this run which we have tested last weekend and can assure you an enjoyable 2.5hr run including rest stops and scenery. Be Warned though that the Gardai tend to put about 3 patrol vehicles on this route on a regular basis, but we didn't meet them during the test run which was done within the posted speed limits, yet we progressed just fine.

    I could (and will) but it has more to do with bike than with poker, that's only a pretext to get on the bike on a sunny Sunday :D
