Basketball courts in Galway

Just wondering about public/private basketball courts in galway (city), is there any public ones here or are there only private/club owned ones? if so where?

I havent played in yonks any would love to go back playing it.

No nets on rims however.

Well from playing schools basketball I can tell you the where abouts of a few I have played in.
There is one in westside and if you call into the reception you can book your session.
There is another in st.Marys road,Im not sure about booking arrangements there though.
And if you don't mind going out of the city there is a really good court in Killanin and the one in Oughterard isnt half bad either!

There are 3 outdoor full courts down in Rahoon, besides Aldi. Only a few kids there but the courts are decent. Any busy playground in town?

If ya are talking about st mary s school, only one rim left out of 6. Enough for half court action tho
