    Torc, the games developer based in Muff, Co Donegal, released a demo of their FPS game ‘Dreadnought’. It’s made for AMD to showcase AMD64 but will work with out one.

    Leave the Doom 3 comments out – if anything it’s a cross between Doom 3 and Half-Life 2 :) - Seriously, if the demo is anything to go by it’s quite promising.

    There’s nothing on the developer’s site, and as of now the press release has not been released – we have some unusually (but not unethical) ways of finding news - so, yes, I am going to say…

    Processor: 2.5 Ghz or better
    OS: Windows® 2000
    RAM: 1 Gigabyte
    Graphics: Radeon 9700 and above or Geforce FX and above

    High Spec Requirements..... looks pretty cool though, screenshots are great.

    Although some of the screenies show enemies that look remarkably similar to the soldiers in HL2. Also, game runs on Win2k, surprised by that

    It didn't impress me at all. :confused:

    Half Life 2 and Doom3 have better graphics and effects both have been out for a year and run much better on lower spec machine than that game!

    The Fear demo a waaay better than this boring demo in every way.
