Query about air intake for a 2004 Kx85

I have a 2004 Kx 85 and I've searched for a air filter, I have followed along the carburettor to find the air intake and it does behind the back left panel I was just wondering where or is there and air filter if so I can't seem to find it any help to where it is?

Not sure about the kx85 but most mx bikes the air filter is located under the seat, so remove the seat and have a look, usually 2 bolts on either side at the back of the seat
