Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Theory test cancelation

    Hi,

I had booked my theory test for this Tuesday but I just had to cancel as I have a college assignment due that day. I have just noticed on the website that it says "If you fail to arrive at the centre in time for your test appointment or cancel within 5 days of your test appointment you will lose your test fee". Including today and Tuesday I have given the 5 days required notice, will I get my money back? When cancelling I was given no indication either way, I was waiting for it to tell me at each stage and all of a sudden I had already cancelled.

    Thanks
