Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

 sounds like you got it alot worse over your way. But 2.5miles in conditions like that is nothing to be sniffed at, at least you got out... sometimes i feel that is the biggest achievement... getting out the door :) wind has died down but no doubt will pick up just ion time for our runs later on

You did better than me in that weather. I just looked at it out the window, shook my head and then got on the treadmill :o:D

5 miles in 46.06.Got out early today and ran 2 laps of a trail near my house,It was freakishly mild, long sleeve t-shirt and shorts weather. The rain has made the underfoot conditions a little ropey,so i was a bit cautious.

I was in the park today myself, that is if it is the phoenix park you are talking about. keep an eye on the group meet ups in the main forum if you fancy joining any of the groups for a run. I would be around your pace for some of the long runs, you don't have to do the full session you can join us for a few miles. Keep up the great work. :)
