EBS Money Manager Account Query- Cleared Funds

    Hi, just a bit unsure on how the cleared funds work for this type of account, and I would appreciate if someone could enlighten me :)

    How long does it usually take for funds in your account to become cleared funds(and available for use)? I have money in my account but I am unable to access it, as EBS states that it has not been cleared.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Almost always takes 5 working days for any cheque to clear..lodge Tuesday, cleared following Tuesday.
