Its fine there seems to be a problem with the homepage but if you log on www.reservoirdubs.com/forum that should get you there

I've done absolutely nothing that I can think of that deserved a banning. Been on best behaviour.

seems strange alright. That said that site is very well run. I have had no problems with it whatsoever.

I PMed one of the administrators and he said that he sees you are banned on your profile, but you're not on the Admin banned list, so he's checking it out. Could just be a mistake.

Yes its a mystery really. Assume your posts were pre moderated Orizio (mine are) so cant be anything wrong with the content as such. That said are you that put out by being banned. Most of posts are cork related in any case. can you not just post on your Cork fan website. Have no problem whatsoever with you posting on RD forum just curious as to why given its a Dublin fan website per se.

I post regularly on RebelGAA, but I also regularly check out websites like Reservoir Dubs, Premierview, Kilkenny Cats etc to see what the news is on other counties, their up and coming players and so on, so yes, its a balls.

Site down indefinately

People would just not follow the basic rules

The forum is suspended due to the increasing burden of moderating and administrating the site. It seems that too many users cannot grasp simple rules and a code of conduct. We are considering the future of the site, and whether it has one or not.

Trust me, after speaking with some of the admins yesterday, it could quite easily never return which will be an awful shame.

Believe me, there is work going on behind the scenes to see if it can be kept operational and the extra mods suggestion is being considered at this moment in time.

It's a shame because I thought it was a great forum. Feel very sorry for the mods, they do their best and people throw it back in their faces!

im an admin of a forum somewhere and you can pre moderate posters if you are concerned that they are a hassle, you can IP ban them, you can do many things short of closing the entire forum down.

It's just down for some site maintenance for a short while, hopefully won't be down for much longer.

Just testing out a few new features on it.

You need to have 30 posts made in the main forum to have posting rights in the club football section (the root of most of our moderating issues).

I have 45 posts, I used to have posting rights in the club section up to the start of this season pretty much. I just don't anymore.
