Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Went into my local BOI branch today looking for my last 3 months worth of bank statements for my current account.

Got told i would have to wait atleast 7 working days, is this correct ?

Is it possible to use my online banking to print these out myself or something instead ? I have lost my password though :(

    Thanks guys

Sounds about right, as they'll be ordered, printed and posted.

You can't print out actual "statements" from online banking. Even if you have an account that allow estatements to be printed, if you're using them for proof (i.e. for a loan, mortgage etc) print outs won't suffice.
