Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Performance Martial Arts are proud to present " MAYHEM IN MEATH ". Following the success of our last fight night this show will consist of full contact kickboxing, low kick rules and also amature and pro K1 rules fights. The show will be sanctioned by the International Kickboxing Federation(IKF) and will have all the trimmings and also a full bar facility. The Dunboyne Castle Hotel is a cracking venue perfect for such an event and we promise not to disappoint with already confirmed we have two IKF Titles on the line and two pro K1 rules matchs to finish the show off with Irelands K1 star Aidan Brooks taking on the very Xtremely tough Colm O neill from Xtreme Fitness in a " Winner Takes All " fight and also two well known MMA fighters from Dublin will face off at pro K1 rules too. Then we have Dublins very expierienced Peter Mc cabe will take on Galways very tough Gary Giles over five rounds to decide the IKF Welterweight Vacent Irish Title and Dublins Evan Walker will take on Mike Bannon from Galway for the IKF Vacent Irish Low Kick Welterweight Title.     Im very happy to announce that World IKF Champ Nicola Collins from Galway will take on 3 times AKAI Irish Champ Lindsey Doyle from the newly formed Elite Martial Arts in Dublin over 4 rounds of full contact rules. These two are very well respected fighters and this has fight of the night written all over it.

    Next up we have IKF Irish and 5 Nations Champ Gary Manogue from Galway taking on Damian Darker from Elite Martial Arts Dublin. This will be over 4 rounds with Gary unbeaten so far and Damian having a lot of expierience for his age and also a very impressive fight record. Great to see the young talent stepping up to challenges!!!!!

    Stephen Mc Afee from Globel Kickboxing taking on Craig Darcy from Eagle Martial Arts over 3 rounds of full contact rules. These two met at our last fight night ending with a very controversal decision so they will meet again to settle the score!!

    We also have two eliminater fights on the card. Paul Gallagher from Dublin takes on Dylan Moran from Waterford in the 64 kilo division and Sean Egan from Tipp takes on Shane Marum from Port Loais in the 60 kilo division. The winners will fight for Irish Titles in these weights later on this year.

    Here is the official report from the IKF President and also the results,

    IKF Promoter Michael Burke once again put on a fantastic show at his latest venue, the beautiful Dunboyne Castle in Ashbourne, Co. Meath.
    The show was entitled "Mayhem In Meath" and it certainly lived up to its name with no less than 14 exciting bouts on the card and four of these were for IKF All Ireland titles and the main event was a Pro rules K-1 bout.
    The show went off without a hitch and all fighters were fit and well prepared by their respective camps especially the title fighters who were all very evenly matched and each of them went the distance.
    It was great to see such big support from each club at the show to spur on their fighters and it certainly made for a very exciting athmosphere and Promoter Mick would like to convey a huge thanks to all involved including the fighters, fight fans, coaches, referees, judges, MC, kickcounters, medical staff, Dr Maura Grummell, the beautiful ring girls, DJ, Dunboyne Castle management & staff, sponsors, the IKF and indeed anybody who contributed to making the show such a success.
