Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Am I missing out on something? The show premiers next Sunday at 9pm, but that in GMT (+5 hours) is 2am. So if the show was on tonight, you'd have to wait until 2am tonight, not 2am or 5am last night/morning. It's only Sunday afternoon in America at the moment!

I was thinking that myself :)

I think I'll stream it online also (if that's what you were planning) because I won't be able to wait until Monday night!:D

Balls, my bad. I thought I was posting on Sunday night/Monday morning, I normally come up to college on a Sunday, but I came up Saturday instead this week so I was confused.:o

I honestly can't wait - I'm in two minds though - Should I watch the new episode or leave it all till the second season ends and watch them all at once.

    Decisions decisions.

I'll record the whole series and watch a few at a time when I get the chance, unfortunately I have these irritating people (partner, friends, family) who keep monopolising my time! The irritation of it all!

    I think I'll burst with excitement :D

I'll see the first 2 episodes, but I'm getting married on April 13, so my honeymoon will restrict my viewing

A Dothraki wedding without at least three deaths episodes of Game of Thrones is considered a dull affair :pac:

I'm never around Monday nights so I'll have to wait until Tuesday evening every week :( Yes, it's only an extra day but I'm a very impatient person and I've been waiting 10 months for this!

I cannot wait for the show to start back again. Definitely the best show from last year. Hopefully it will turn into one of the best ever. It is out on Sunday night in America

Met Jack Gleeson today on College Green. Seems to be a genuinely nice guy, made me feel bad for hating him (or Joffrey) so much. I suppose it's a compliment though, that one actor could stir up so much emotion in me for a fictional character. Wished him luck for season 2 and he was on his way.

Can't wait for Season 2 now, so excited!

Finished season 1 last night just in time. Really is such a great show. I had been reading the first book in hope of finishing a few of them before watching the show on tv as books are generally always better then their movie/show counterparts but just gave in. Looking forward to seeing how the story develops.

I can't remember a baddie I hate more then Joffrey, I'd love to stand on his head!

Running a half marathon on Sunday, will be out that night probably so will catch the show Monday evening. I really cant wait to hear to opening music again, epic!

Looking forward to seeing how the new characters get on and
to Tyrion giving poor Pod a hard time for everytime he screws up.

    I know! I can't wait for
    Podrick Payne :)
, really loved him as a background character

Pod is one of the more interesting bit characters as he finds himself crossing at least 3 arcs as the books progress, I really hope they do justice to his heroics on the black water

    Some shows get delayed badly

I'm thinking of The Good Wife on CBS which got delayed by the State of the Union, Oscars, and Grammys

Think we only had two episodes between late January and March

These are all over, HBO delays for nobody

Not a leak per say, its available on HBO Go.
The HBO subsidiaries in certain European countries (The Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, etc.) have released the second episode of season two a week early on HBO GO. According to reports, they will release every episode this season a week early on HBO GO. I don’t know if that is true or not, I’m hoping it is not, but they’ve definitely released episode 12 early this week, so I am providing a place here for people to talk about it. Please keep all talk of episode 12 confined to this thread until the episode airs on HBO. Thank you!

Just watched the first season online there yesterday, along with season 2's episodes to date. I'm hooked on the show now, love it.

For those off you who have read the books, should I start reading them now (really getting the urge to) or wait for season 2 or the entire series to finish ??

I have read all the books not including Egg and Dunk after I saw season 1, and I have to say I didnt enjoy the show less. Yes you know whats coming next but the acting, the settings and just seeing it all happening before your eyes makes it even better. It might turn people off from knowing what happens before the tv series but if you are dedicated enough you should read the books and you will enjoy both. Its just the wait for the next book that will kill you, its killing me lol.

When I saw this show last year tbh I didn't enjoy it.

After watching all of season 1 over the weekend and the first episode of season 2 on Tuesday, I'm hooked:pac:

Just realised something horrible - no Reeds have been cast for the 2nd series have they?? They should be coming to Winterfell to Bran in season 2 I'd have thought? They are very important in Brans story and I love everything about them and their people. Their "Song of Ice and Fire" poem is really cool as well cool.gif

I head a nasty rumor that osha would be going with bran instead of rikon

The reeds are integral to the story and it would muck up too much of the story to on it them

Ya would presume that the writers had read all the books before deciding wh to snip

You'd think George martin would have an idea of the plot too!
