Wireless Connect Desktop PC in bedroom to TV in livingroom

As it says is there a way to wirelessly connect desktop in bedroom (using a wireless router for broadband) to TV in livingroom downstairs (have HDMI, component & scart & VGA connections to spare on the tv)?
