Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    There's a platform and weights but no club as such. Are you experienced in the lifts? I'll get the details for ya.

    Was talking to someone training in that place and it's not great. He recommended this place:

    I'm not sure if you can just lift there or if you have to do the crossfit stuff too though.

    There is a Killarney Powerlifting Club I believe if that's up your alley. Can be found on Facebook under "Killarney Powerlifting"
