Covering an open toe shoe?

I have a disability in my right foot that means i only have half toes and no toe nails so i tend to keep them covered, but since im a shoe fanatic its hard always find the right shoes and it doesn't help that im only a size 2. so isit possible to get an open toe shoe closed? This is the shoe im looking at right now :)…

I would download the picture and take it into a good shoe maker and see if they can do anything. Tara Leather would be a good starting point. I am sure they could do something
