Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I use Easy-HiQ to record a variety of computer streams and use it on occasion to record YouTube audio.

Cheers mate but it looks like you have to pay for that after the trial?

I was looking for something that's free if possible.

There is an online "youtube to mp3" converter called dirpy. Very good.
Make sure to only download material that is not copyrighted ;)

+1 on this. It works great, it's free and it has a built in tag editor.

vixy doesn't appear to work. But zamzar does work. Dirpy appears to be down atm.

the best thing i find is to download the youtube video here: keepvid.com and then use a wave editor like audacity here: audacity.sourceforge.net and then record the music and save as mp3.

Bearing in mind no youtube audio is anything other than middle-fi at best I use youtubedownloader and covert the audio track from the FLV file

put pwn in front of youtube.com and it will bring you to a website that will allow you to turn the video into an mp3.

    for example:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rOiLVo8yIJE

    becomes
    http://www.pwnyoutube.com/watch?v=rOiLVo8yIJE

Jaysus there are tons of ways!

Personally I've the Youtube Enhancer script installed.

Then use oxelon media converter to convert the .flv or .mp4 to an .mp3
