At equipment control for pistol trigger weight.

"Have you put the safety on? "

Maybe my trigger weight is set a little high...

Well, that was a first, never had the pistol grip break before...

Hm. 4th. Well, if I was on the fence before, I'm sure now - that finals format is ****e. There's no way I should have been anywhere near fourth, but I was in first place for most of the finals despite my qualifying score being thirty-odd points behind the top three shooters.

This, by the way, is why you don't overtighten the screws on your palm shelf during the sighting-in time:

And here are some of the groups from the second detail. My FO may well want to know why I didn't apply for a shotgun licence...

I haven't seen the overall results (ie. the qual scores and so forth), but the Mens championship was won by Paul O'Boyle and the Ladies' by our own MiGiD.

    1. Paul O'Boyle
    2. Joe Thompson
    3. Terry Wearen
    (4. thirdfoxes :P )

    1. Aisling Miller
    2. Ciara Deevy
    3. and apologies - I can't remember who came third - it was a very close run thing with four shooters all potentially in with a chance of taking bronze. I think it was 0.5 points in it in the end.
