Barry Minnock had a really good spreadsheet for all his running, he posted it up here ages back, I can't remember what his username is again though!

I heard that bazmans weekly mileage was so high it caused excel to lock when calculating the sum #bazmanfact :-)

I have one that I put in the miles and time per session.

It works out the pace, weekly, monthly, yearly mileage.
I track and graph my weight over time, heart rate and fitness based on fitness test.

It track all the races I do also.

Its a google document spreadsheet so I won't lose it. Its pretty full on. Too much time on my hands I'd say but its great now that I have someone helping me with my training all the data is there in black and white.

Having remove all the extra stuff.

To have more than one activity in one day just add a row below and drag the contents for a row above into the cells. You only need to add Miles and time after the day and the reports auto update for weekly and monthly mileage in the reports tab.

Some good logs & stuff here.

I use the Running Log (MS Excel) designed by David Hays and find it excellent. Only drawback is you'll have to be handy at excel to customise it.

    Whats new in Version 2
    Weekly Schedule/Plan
Track Weight over time and a nice graph at the end of the reports tab
    Track how shoe milage
And it includes the munster racing calender that is auto-magically updated.
    General clean up.

If you have any other idea on how I can improve it please tell me.

    Thanks
