    Yes. It. Does.

OJ Simpson is innocent then, he definitely didn't commit the crime he was found 'not guilty' of?

As I said to you before, Sergio Busquets definitely did not racially abuse Marcelo because he was found 'not guilty' by UEFA?

No, it doesn't mean they didn't definitely commit the crimes they were accused of, it just means there was insufficient proof to convict them. It doesn't automatically make the accuses liars.

I can't believe you're badly, badly failing to understand such a simple concept.

Biting someone which was scummy, no doubt, however, the player he bite was a mate of his & the two walked off at the end of the match with their arms around eachother.

    That makes it worse!

What any of that has to do with him being branded a racist is beyond me though.

Were ya not told Al, it's open season on Suarez.

No, it doesn't mean they didn't definitely commit the crimes they were accused of, it just means there was insufficient proof to convict them. It doesn't automatically make the accuses liars.

I can't believe you're badly, badly failing to understand such a simple concept.

In extreme cases there may be cases where someone who has possibly commited a crime is not found guilty, however in a case where there is NO evidence to the contrary, a full assumption of innocence is more than fair.

For example, if I said that you molested farm animals. Does making the accusation itself mean there has to be something to it or would I have to back up what I was saying with some sort of proof & if I didn't, I'd rightly be branded a liar & your reputation should remain totally untarnished. Right?

What if I said you were caught on camera molesting animals & then it turned out you weren't, would that damage my credibility somewhat??

I can't believe you thought Mr Alan would grasp such a simple concept when it came to a Liverpool and United player tbh.

Thats different to automatically calling the accusor a liar.
For example, if I said that you molested farm animals. Does making the accusation itself mean there has to be something to it or would I have to back up what I was saying with some sort of proof & if I didn't, I'd rightly be branded a liar & your reputation should remain totally untarnished. A better analogy would be if Blater reported you to teh authoritues for calling him an animal molester. You would be in the dock for abusing him not him.
What if I said you were caught on camera molesting animals & then it turned out you weren't, would that damage my credibility somewhat??
It would have been a silly thing for you to say given that you would be unlikely to know how much the cameras can pick up. But all you'd have done wrong was to assume the cameras would pick it up, it wouldn't affect the veracity for what you were accusing him of.

It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest of aul Blatter was fond of a frolic in the sheep pen though tbh.:pac:

No by going on about cameras and what they are capable of picking up when in reality he should have just left it to the legal team. He wasn't lying, he was just stupid to say it should have been picked up on camera when in reality he shouldn't have any clue whether it was or wasn't.

I doubt the case will be decided on Patrice's knowledge of Sky's camerawork.

Your scrambling around for straws at which to grasp since this was announced and your certainty about the innocence of Suarez based simply on the team he plays for and that of his accsor would be amusing if it wasn't so typical.

    Evra.

    Accused Finnan of racism
Accused Luiz (I think) of racism
Accused a member of staff at Chelsea of racism

    None upheld.

I think you may be the last person left he hasn't accused.

Wrong on all three counts as has had to be shown with sickening frequency since last night.

    Nobody can read it seems.

    Evra.

Accused Finnan of racismNo he didnt
Accused Luiz (I think) of racism?????
Accused a member of staff at Chelsea of racismNo he didn't. However he was involved in a case where Utd employees were found to be giving false statements in an effort to brand the Chelsea groundsman a racist.

    None upheld.

I think you may be the last person left he hasn't accused.

    I've got this Flah.

All this discussed and dismissed earlier, please keep up;) Anyways if suarez did abuse evra but its not proven then surely sooner or later he will do the same and be caught out. If he didn't say anything and is never involved in any other incidents it will all blow over and be forgotten
