    Hi gents,

Long time reader, first time poster.

I've run in to some financial difficulty of late and I need a few quid short term. The thing is, my business is leveraged to the hilt and I can't get my hands on any liquidity. We all know how the banks are these days, but this would be a very temporary thing.

My girlfriend is a hairdresser and owns the premises she works from. I know that there is no mortgage on the property and her business has no borrowings (inherited). Could I get a short term loan out putting up her business as security without her finding out?

    cheers

    Bee

No. And you shouldn't be running a business if you are asking a question like that.
