5 Predictions for 2010

    Just thought it would be an interesting thread but what are you're five predictions for wrestling in 2010. If you want you can also do 5 for WWE and 5 for TNA.

    Anyway My Predictions
    WWE
    (1)Kofi Kingston wins WWE Championship
    (2)Ezekiel Jackson gets drafted to Raw or Smackdown gets a Winning Streak
    (3)Christian get's drafted to Smackdown and we see an Edge & Christian reunion
    (4)Drew McIntyre get's placed in a Tag Team, possibly with Sheamus
    (5)Brett Debiase makes his debut

    TNA
    (1)Desmond Wolfe become TNA Champion
    (2)Desmond Wolfe feuds with the following, Christopher Daniels, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe and Bobby Lashley
    (3)Angelina Love makes her return, either as a face or kicks out Lacey
    (4)Hulk Hogan feuds with the following, Jeff Jarrett, Mick Foley, Sting and Kevin Nash
    (5)Mr Kennedy makes his debut

    I actually think if he got a bit of a gimmick change he could do quite well. I don't know if it was here or another site who were talking about a gimmick similar to The Kingpin from Daredevil. Have him wear nice suits and maybe have a cane and stuff, but be a strong fighter too. I reckon it could work

    Wouldn't really count that as a debut, as he hasn't been in an official wrestling match yet.

    Guess I'll add a few

    1. Christian to get drafted, win IC title, feud with and beat Dolf Ziggler at least 34 times defending the belt. Dolf will then finally win the belt with after getting a new, less ridiculous name.
    2. Whoever wins MITB will lose when cashing it in.
    3. This Monday's Raw will be the highest rated of the year (so far).
    4. People entering the Boards Draft will go in will the intention of it being just a little fun to pass the time before finding it taking over their lives after noticing themselves spending hours looking for great 80's Japanese wrestlers that appeared on US tv once.
    5. Chris Masters v Mark Henry on a B level PPV show, the buyrate challenges that on Mania but the credit will go to Orton v Cena for the title.

    1 Hunter wins the rumble
    2 hunter main events Mania

    3.Sheamus loses the WWE title in Elimination chamber.
    4.FCW folds.
    5.WWE renames ECW.

    TNA
    1.Dixie Carter realizes that signing Hogan pulled ratings at first but was detrimental to the company as a whole.
    2.TNA launches a second show to compete with RAW.
    3.Booker T and Angle both leave TNA.
    4.Vince russo gets released, Heyman comes on board As an advisor.
    5.Beer Money splits.

    Haven't really been keeping up with TNA re-signings and releases. Honestly, I don't think Angle has got much left. I do think he'll retire within the next 2 years.

    1. Bret Hart will make no more than 5 live appearences on Raw before Wrestlemania.

    2. Triple H will have turned heel by the end of 2010.

    3. Randy Orton will have turned babyface by the end of 2010.

    4. Ring Of Honour will go out of business.

    5. Paul Heyman will be back in wrestling in some fashion in 2010.
